My heartfelt sympathy goes out to the Staples and Wilson family during this difficult time. Please find peace in knowing that God (Psalm 83:18) understand your grief and he cares about what you are going through. (I Peter 5:6,7) tells us” Humble yourselves, therefore under the mighty hand of God, so that he may exalt you in due time, while you throw all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.

Out of all the trials that we must face, this is by far the hardest, the death of a loved one. At a time like this it really helps to think about our Great God Jehovah. Try to imagine the pain He must have felt when He looked down from heaven and saw His Only Begotten Son dying on the torture stake. We don`t know the degree of His pain but we do know that it hurt him deeply. Because of this we know that He understands the grief and sorrow that the family feels. I know that the tears are not yet over, you may cry sometimes when you are alone and when you do things that you did together, or when you hear something funny that he may have said. Remember, God understands your sorrow and He will listen to your prayer. In the Bible at Job 14:14,15, Job ask the question; "if a man dies, can he live again?" Verse 15 Job says; "you will call and I will answer you." John 5:28,29 promise the hope of a resurrection. And the psalmist tells us that they will possess the earth, and live forever on it. Psalms 37:29. That's what God`s word the Bible tells us. We do have the hope of being with our loved one who has fallen asleep in death. God has promised. I hope the scriptures and the fond memories of our dear Gatman brings comfort to all and also strengthens all. The Staples Family have our deepest sympathy.....The Hoods
